Our school’s mission, “Learning and Leading in a Collaborative Culture,” reflects our

As an IB DP School, we are committed to the International Baccalaureate’s mission statement,
which includes, “These programmes encourage students across the world to become active,
compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences,
can also be right.” This mission reflects our commitment to promoting an international-
mindedness that celebrates diversity, respects different cultures and perspectives, and fosters a
sense of empathy and compassion in our students.

In addition to the IB mission, we are proud to uphold the Common Ground Collaborative (CGC)
mission. The CGC focuses on transforming education by putting student learning at the center
and promoting deep understanding, meaningful connections, and real-world application.
Through the CGC, we prioritize personalized learning experiences that cater to the unique
needs, interests, and aspirations of our students.

The CGC emphasizes the development of essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-
solving, creativity, and resilience. Our teachers are dedicated to creating an inclusive and
engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to take ownership of their
learning, pursue their passions, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
