At ICSA, our faculty and students represent a wide variety of nationalities and backgrounds. This diversity enriches learning and fosters global perspectives across the curriculum.

What We're Looking For
You will be considered to be part of our learning community if you fit the following:
- Are a certified teacher with at least two years of teaching experience (for teaching roles).
- Believe in learner-centered pedagogy and inclusive classrooms.
- Can differentiate for a range of learners.
- Are creative, collaborative and enthusiastic.
- Can work well with a diverse student body and faculty.
- Are willing to contribute to the community and the life of the school
- Are willing to bring positive energy, expertise, and ideas to campus
- Want to work in a mission driven school
- Can contribute to the wider school community and school life.
